Where do we bake?
All of our patisseries are handmade in our kitchen in Parsons Green, London, SW6.
We bake to order using only the finest ingredient and bake fresh products every day. Read more about us on our home-page.
Where can I buy So Choux products?
Our Macaron and cakes are available to buy through our online shop. We also sell through some of London’s finest delis, food shops and cater for a host of events.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We are driven by quality in everything we make.
We use only the finest fresh ingredients with no GMOs and no preservatives.
How long do your products last?
All of our products are handmade fresh, every day and have no preservatives. Therefore, we highly recommend eating them on the day of purchase when they will be at their best. However, most will last for approximately 3 days when stored in the fridge.
Where do you deliver to?
We are based in London SW6 and currently deliver via courier to:
SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW10, W6, W8, W14.

What about allergens?
All of our products are produced in the same kitchen and may contain:
gluten, lactose, eggs, soya and nuts.
We do our best to avoid cross-contamination but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our products.
If you are concerned about allergies please get in touch before ordering and we will advise!
How can I amend my order?
You can add any special requests or additional information on the checkout page. If you have forgotten something about your order or you want to give us special delivery instructions, please email us at email@example.com, or call us on +44 (0)7446 150808 as quickly as possible
What if I miss my delivery?
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery details on the checkout form where you can also leave any additional information or special request e.g. ‘Hide behind the Dolphin Statue’.
Please make sure that there is someone available to recieve the delivery at the address provided.
We cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied or because there is no one to accept the delivery.
The courier will try to call the contact number given to facilitate delivery. If there is no answer, they will leave the parcel in a safe place (eg with a neighbour or at reception).
If the courier is directed to a loading bay or post room, we cannot accept responsibility for how the products are handled.
Please note that it is a freshly made product and we are unable to re-deliver. Once your order has been processed, we cannot offer a refund.
If you would like to stock our products in your shop / café / restaurant / hotel or you have a celebration or an event then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we would love to bake somethig special for you.
When should I place my order?
We aim to produce within 24 to 48 hours of recieving your order, so you should have delivery within 2 to 3 working days.... We will send a notification to let you know it’s on its way.
We deliver by courier Monday to Sunday. Saturday & Sunday deliveries are possible but additional shipping costs apply.
Please specify if you want to receive your order on a specific day or date on the ‘Thank you for shopping with us' page or send us an email (email@example.com) and we will do our best….
