A So Choux exclusivety!
This entremet was first made by our French chef Pastry for Sophie's birthday.
It is made with a base of nougatine, topped with vanilla/chocolate creme patissiere and whipped cream. The whole entremet is surrounded with chocolate choux topped with caramel and pearl sugar and vanilla choux glazed with a crunchy caramel.
