FROM SOPHIE TO SOCHOUX
SO...PHIE is a former public relation expert from Paris, who notably worked for 8 years in the French gastronomy industry, more specifically for the "Salon du Chocolat" in Paris. The move to London with her husband and their three children, prompted her to give up the world of PR and follow her dream of creating fabulous French Pâtisseries. Every week in Paris, Sophie would buy her children macarons, they were her eldest daughters favourite sweet treat. This family tradition was hard to fulfil in London... So Choux was born.
Determined to make the very best French pâtisserie, especially Macaron, Sophie trained with the experts at Atelier des Chefs as well as with Michalak Ecole de cuisine in Paris. She avidly watched hours of of the best chefs videos, read and digested grand chef books and kept practising in her own kitchen...until she was happy with her creations.
SO…CHOUX is dedicated to creating, using only the finest ingredients, the most delicious handmade pastries for all food lovers in West London..and beyond.

All ingredients are sourced and chosen carefully.So Choux uses a selection of the best products (Valrhona chocolate, vanilla from Madagascar, unwaxed lemon...). Good looking and great tasting, they are... So Choux
