Since taste is a personal matter and subjective, we cannot accept any rejections of any products solely because you do not like the taste.
Product warranty. We guarantee to the customer that all our products are made and packed according to strict quality rules, and preserved according to current standards in United Kingdom.
The products provided by us benefit of right, accordingly to legal provisions:
From the legal guarantee of conformity, for products apparently faulty, damaged or defective or not corresponding to the order,
From the legal guarantee against latent defects.
Perishable products. Regarding perishable products, our responsibility should not be engaged in case of non respect from the client of the preservation conditions and/or optimal instructions, or if this one consumed products beyond the expiration date mentioned on the packaging. In any case, for all products sold, our responsibility should not be engaged in case of wrong utilisation, for professional use, negligence or lack of maintenance from the clients, as in case of normal use of the products, accidents or major force.
Allergies. All of our products are produced in the same kitchen and may contain: gluten, lactose, eggs, soya and nuts. We do our best to avoid cross-contamination but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our products.
Our use of data and protection
For security purpose. The request of a password can be made and allow us to verify your identity. This identity request can also be made by contacting our customer service in order to ensure the personalisation of the relationship.
For statistical purposes. In order to always improve our service and offer, we could prepare internal statistical studies regarding the frequency of consumption of our website, products and delivery methods.
For marketing purposes. Concerned to adapt our communication to your expectations, we can use your data in order to refine the targeting on our website and on our product offers regarding publicity. We can also exploit these data to send you emails (if you agreed to receive them) about an uncompleted basket, a purchase stimulus, or to inform you about the availability of a product.
For transactional purposes. As part of your online order, information about you, products, delivery, your residence or your payments are collected to ensure an optimal follow-up of the transaction and the post-purchase customer service.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you by writing an email and will not charge the products. The different reasons why we could not fulfill your order might be because the product is out of stock, due to unexpected limits on our resources, which we could not have planned, because we have identified an error in the pricing or description of the product, because we are not able to deliver to your location, or because we cannot meet a specified delivery deadline.
